If you’re struggling with anxiety, panic any of the above we’re here to help. I specialise in anxiety therapy and can help you learn practical coping strategies to manage your symptoms. We’ll work with you to develop a personalised treatment plan that meets your unique needs. We offer trauma informed care.
Having anxiety can be crippling to live with depending on the severity and how it affects you. Anxiety disorders can include general anxiety, social anxiety, panic attacks, PTSD, phobias, OCD, trauma, peri natal anxiety, affecting how we function daily. The fight or flight response normally helps us manage threats, but persistent anxiety and living in this constant state is damaging to your health and wellbeing and immune system.
